Last night I went to represent Jazkarta at the Tech Cocktail Boston at Tequila Rain by Fenway.
It was a really great and successful event I feel. Things kicked off around 6:30pm, but I arrived around 7:15pm. Luckily I got into the registration and wasn’t wait-listed as many were. It was pretty well packed.
I wish in retrospect that I had brought my digital camera, but I since it’s pretty large (Nikon D200) I wasn’t sure how it would fit in. I need to stop thinking that, and just bring the camera!
I did bring my Treo of course however, and took a few photos from it as you can see.
There was an open bar (beer and wine), two Nintendo Wii systems set up, and much networking!
I met some great people there and had a good time. I look forward to the next one. However the next event that you should check out is the next WebInnovators meeting next Tuesday, Sept 10th. It should be a great time.
