I bought instructions from this a-hole on making money
on amazon.com. The download failed so I sent email
to him to get the download link and he never responded.
I also sent email to the address on the receipt twice
and did not get any response. He’s just another scammer
taking peoples money.

Just because his methods upset you, doesn’t mean that they don’t work. In fact, do you realize that because of the Digg submission and the comments, his press release has generated a lot of buzz, which means more traffic. And that’s the point. It’s not about the content, it’s about the publicity. Matt isn’t claiming to be a Social Media PR man, he’s just self-promoting to get more traffic, which usually only works if you piss enough people off to make them talk about you. In reality, this guy has probably just sold a couple thousand dollars worth of merch, because of people complaining about him…

You aren’t very kind are you? How much attention will you get from writing this raging diatribe after searching to dig up “stuff” so you can write your own post. I am so saddened by this display of raking someone over the coals as I’ve seen. The posts I’ve read are like rabid wild dogs ready to attack. How very sad.

Great article. Have you called his number? Did you get a live person or an automated message that would have referred you to his Facebook page or his website where you can “find more information”? Or probably worse, he’ll boast about his social media prowess & tell you that you can send him a message on Twitter and he’ll get back to you quickly.
