At the beginning of this YouTube clip they say that they never do cover songs. There’s a reason.
Apparently the bass player just is horrid and a bit late compared to the actual song and the guitarist just can’t figure out a simple rhythm. No complaints about the drummer except he’s not actually playing half the time (unlike when NIN plays it) and the keyboard player is pretty uninvolved. Chester does his part ok, but nothing exception. I’ve seen Tori Amos do better NIN covers. Maybe the guitar player got the wrong tab
