Hi all. My name is David Fisher. This is my blog.
I can be found on facebook if you search my name, and on myspace.
I don’t update the myspace pretty much ever, so ignore that mostly.
I work for an open source consulting company called Jazkarta as an Office Manager/Jack-of-all-trades.
I play several instruments; electric & acoustic guitar, electric bass, drums, keyboards, and I also have several synthesizers that I make noise with (Moog Voyager, Machinedrum, Commodore 64, x0xb0x, tg-33). I went to Berklee College of Music and studied Music Business Management as my major. I am also very interested in building my own equipment. I’m working on fleshing out a fresh guitar amp design and a few effects pedals which will hopefully see the light of day at some point.
I also do some photography, although I need to organize and update my flickr badly. I also have a smugmug account for my photography. I mainly use a Nikon D200.
There’s only so many hours in the day, so I’m not sure how often I’ll get to update this between Jazkarta/music/photography.
Oh, and I live in Boston, MA, which is a kickass place to live.
